Red-Card your personnel using the National Firefighter Training and Carding Association (NFTCA).
"Training standards for NFTCA have been modeled after the National Wildfire Coordinating Groups' (NWCG) standards set in PMS 310-1 and PMS-907. All requirements for NFTCA's instructors and training will meet or exceed the minimum standard described in these guides.
"The NFTCA uses a specifically designed, dedicated database to track and keep record of all training that NFTCA instructors perform. Access to this database will be restricted and only approved NFTCA personnel will have access to modify or change any information within the database. Remote access will be given to certain government personnel with the intention of allowing records verification for all trained firefighters in an effort to stem the creation of false identification and training records that have been a problem in past years."
