through this web base delivery system will have the ability to quickly develop monthly, quarterly and yearly 24/7 “On-Demand” in-service training schedules, utilizing ATSI's easy-to-use web base, pull down menus packed with complete 24/7 “On-Demand” validated training modules. Each module will encompass a hyperlink multimedia presentation, DVD video, and all of the support material necessary to ensure NFPA, OSHA and DOT compliance; leading your Training Officer to implementing an effective, consistent, verifiable and accountable 24/7 “On-Demand” training schedule and delivery system.

Modules:
Each cognitive learning course training module will have only one Instructor Guide (IG).
The performance based instruction modules contains an IG, a Practical Skills Training Guide (PSTG), and a performance Skill Evaluation (PSE). Also included is a DVD/Video tape (if applicable), Interactive Multi-Media Presentation, an IG, a Student Guide, Course Overhead(s) and subject handout materials.
A PSTG and a PSE will accompany each CBT training module when performance (procedural steps) will be demonstrated and evaluated.
Training Attendance Documentation:
A custom database program can be included to record attendance and performance for each training session. Firefighters missing, or called away, will be rescheduled. Periodic training reports are available "On-Demand" to monitor scheduled, completed, and missed training in your Department database. Training documentation can be integrated into you existing programs.
Evaluation:
Each module has an evaluation to verify skills learned. In most cases, the Instructor/Evaluator will use the PSE sheet to evaluate the performance skills. Written evaluations will be required for all courses that do not require a performance skill/task.
Training Verification and Documentation:
Passing scores (written or performance) are documented on the appropriate Quarterly Training Schedule. All completed PSE's and written evaluations are submitted to the Training Division for verification and filing.
Delivery Options:
Your training is available "On-Demand"...24/7...Training is via High-Speed Internet or via Satellite Connection.
If internet is not available and Satellite is not affordable, Training Manuals can be supplied.

Instructor Guides:
Each module IG has everything to teach the course: the Course Name and Number, Target Audience, Course Description, Training Code, Priority Level, Certification Number, Related Performance Standards, Course Objectives, References, Training Guide (if applicable) and Comments.
Practical Skills Training Guide:
Each PSTG cover sheet identifies the Course Name and Number, References, Prerequisites, Related Performance Standards, Lesson Objectives, Training Code(s), Priority, Certification, Process (How to...), Equipment/Personnel, and Performance Evaluation.
Practical Skills Evaluation:
This PSE form identifies the Course Name and Number, the Training Guide, Related Performance Standards, Evaluation Objectives, Training Code(s), Priority, Certification, Rating Scale, Process, and Equipment/Personnel. The remainder of the PSE is a score card that lists each Performance Step required to complete the task.
The "On-Demand In-Service Training Server " is a complete training program that standardizes, documents and ensures all training is completed on time. Liabilities are reduced...because...a well trained firefighter is a safe firefighter. |
